OPI Nail Polish Haul + Swatches

I haven't blogged for quite a while now + I'm sorry for that. Been a bit busy with school work etc as exams are coming up after the Easter Holidays.
Anyway, moving on to the main subject. I have an OPI haul! I managed to grab a few OPI goodies on sale in Sallys yesterday ^^

OPI ~ My Daddy's the King!
RRP: £8.99 £3.49

OPI Princess Minis
RRP: £12.15 £4.49
L-R: Bubble Bath, Alpine Snow, Pink-ing of You, RapiDry Top Coat

Great bargains don't cha think? ^^

Swatches:

OPI My Daddy's the King!

This is a shimmery pink/nude colour. Applied with 2-3 coats so I would say it's not very sheer! Great for those who love pinks or nudes + love a bit of shimmer ^^

L-R: Alpine Snow, Pink-ing of You, Bubble Bath

You can actually use Alpine Snow as a tip for French manicure but I decided to do apply it onto my nail to see what it would look like on it's own. It's quite nice, but a little too bold for me ^^
Pink-ing of You is quite similar to Nails Inc's Warwick Avenue. It's a cute pink colour, great for pink lovers!
Bubble Bath is a very sheer nude. Probably not as sheer as OPI's Samoan Sand though. It's a great nude, great for daily wear.

I hope I don't start an OPI addiction... I'm starting to become really interested in OPI nail polishes these days!
What's your favourite OPI nail polish?

Review: Longchamp Le Pliage Tote Bag

I'm very happy to announce my purchase of my very first designer bag! It arrived through the post today + I am super happy with it! So here it is, it's the Longchamp Les Pliage Tote bag ^^

I purchased this tote bag in size large, black colour + with long handles. It's great for those who always travel as you can easily fold it up to fit into your suitcase. The handles + flap are made of authentic leather and the rest is made of nylon. They are also very lightweight, waterproof + aren't crazily expensive for a designer/leather bag ^^

As you can see, inside is very spacious. A good thing for those who carry a lot of things with them! ^^

The Les Pliage bags are also available in sizes small + medium + in a wide variety of colours! Also available with short or long handles. Check them out here:

What do you guys think of the bag? ^^

NOTD: OPI Last Friday Night (Katy Perry Collection)

Okay, I was 'attempting' to not put any nail polish onto my nails till I go to Hong Kong which is 2-3 weeks away but I just couldn't help myself! I managed only two days with nothing on my nails + I just had the sudden urge to repaint my nails today.
So this is what I'm wearing!

Last Friday Night
From OPI's Katy Perry Collection

Last Friday Night is a very sheer blue glittery polish. I would probably apply this over a light blue polish next time but I currently don't have any light blue polishes.
If you'd rather wear this on it's own, you would have to apply A LOT of coats for the blue to turn out. Although it may look very blue in the bottle, it is very sheer so don't be fooled if you want a visible blue glittery polish!

Overall, I don't mind it. The color is okay, great for applying over other colors though ^^

What do you think of Last Friday Night?

Longchamp Paris: Le Pliage

I've seen a couple of these bags before whenever I go out + I must say, they always catch my attention. Although they look rather simple, there's something about these bags which I really like.
I've always wondered where on earth you buy these bags from + only until yesterday, I found out what brand these bags were after watching 'Literateandstylish25's video yesterday.

They are: Longchamp Le Pliage bags!

They range from £47 - £70 depending on what size you want + are available in a wide variety of colors + styles. The one I want would be the Le Pliage Large bag (£70) in either navy blue or black as I prefer bags with longer handles + in dark neutral colours.

RRP: £70

I have now got my own Longchamp Le Pliage tote bag + have done a blog post about it which you can view here!

What do you think of these bags?
