NOTD: Nails Inc Havana (+ China Glaze White Cap)

As mentioned in a previous post, I said I managed to grab a hold of Nails Inc's Havana ^^
So here's the swatches:

With flash

The colour is really nice, it's a shimmery pink/fudge colour which is nice for day to day wear.
I also applied China Glaze's White Cap over it ~

Just to add extra shimmer to it ^^

Dove + Nails Inc: The Beauty Collection

I'm a bit late with this promotion as I've been considering for a long time whether or not to buy the Nails Inc freebies which came with the Dove promotion ^^
The promotion was to buy 2 Dove products + receive a free Nails Inc polish (worth £11 alone).
But I decided to buy one of the nail polishes available within this promotion nonetheless. I ended up purchasing Havana as Copacabana was a bit too bold for me.

Havana was a colour I wasn't expecting as it looked a lot different compared to the promotion poster.

I'd say it's a pink/fudge colour with a slight hint of shimmer. Swatches will be up soon!

NOTD: Electric Teal + Shimmer

So I have Sports Day tomorrow + in my house group, I have to wear green (if possible). Green's not really my type of colour which means I have no green items of clothing. The closest I could get to green was nail polish ^^
The polish I used was Nails Inc's Electric Teal. It's not a true green, more of a dark green/teal colour.

So here it is:

I also decided to add China Glaze's White Cap on top to give it an extra touch ^^

I guess this should be okay!
Better than nothing I guess ^^

NOTD: Hearts Marble Nail Art

This nail design was inspired by My Simple Little Pleasures nail tutorial.

I decided to try out this nail art technique as I thought the design looked simple + cute ^^
So here's my final results:

NOTD: Chanel 'Inattendu' + China Glaze 'White Cap'

I've gone back to nude polishes again!
After a while of wearing not wearing nude polishes, I suddenly had the urge to put on a nude coloured polish onto my nails. Out of all the nude's I could have gone for in my nail polish collection, I decided to opt for Chanel's Inattendu polish with a top layer of China Glaze's White Cap ^^

With flash

Inattendu on it's own would be a peachy/nude coloured polish. I decided to add a little touch to it by applying White Cap on top to give a shimmery look ~

HAUL: MISSHA Cosmetics *pic heavy!*

I ordered some Missha BB Cream on eBay couple of weeks ago + it finally came this morning! Missha was first introduced to me by a friend, Christina (check out her blog!). She recommended me buying the BB Boomer which I ended up buying in HK but I stupidly didn't buy any BB cream -_-

So here's the unboxing of my BB cream!

My product came with some freebies + a small letter too!

Such a nice eBay seller, will definitely be purchasing some more products from them in the future!

My BB Cream is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap ^^

Such cute packaging!

A little bow to secure the packaging together ^^

Finally unpackaged, Missha's Perfect Cover BB Cream!

BB Cream in No.21 (Light Beige)

This BB Cream is to lighten the skin tone, heal visible wrinkles + blemishes with excellent skin-cover ability + also to prevent skin aging through effective whitening + anti-wrinkle properties ^^

Has a pump nozzle which will be useful ~

The seller also kindly sent me a pack of Missha freebies containing four testers!

L-R: Missha Super Aqua Refreshing Cleansing Foam, Missha BB Boomer, Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream (No.23), Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream (No.21)

I originally thought that this contained a small tube of BB Cream but in actual fact, it only contains cotton pads -_-
Slightly let down but hey, I got freebies + the product I actually ordered! ^^

I'll do a review of this BB Cream soon.
I purchased the BB Cream from SpicyGoods, a Korean eBay seller with a lot of good reviews! Highly recommended for those wanting to buy Asian cosmetics + products.
SpicyGoods also sells many other brands including Skin Food, Etude House etc for a price cheaper than normal retail prices!
Highly recommended!

NOTD: OPI Suzi Sells Sushi By the Seashore + China Glaze White Cap

I'm always finding nice OPI polishes on clearance whenever I go into Sally's these days. Last week I manged to find Suzi Sells Sushi By the Seashore for only £3.14!
Great bargain compared to the original price ^^

So here's what it looks like:

Opaque in 2 coats (with flash)

It's a lovely colour. A dark-ish metallic pink colour which is great for Summer ^^
I also decided to layer China Glaze's White Cap (also purchased when it was on clearence!) over Suzi Sells Sushi By the Seashore:

Applied only 1 coat (with flash)

I'd say it made the base colour slightly lighter as the polish in the bottle looks white. It adds shimmer to your base colour which is great if you want to add some glitter to your nail polishes!

A closer look at the shimmer

Excuse the brightness of the photo. It's supposed to be darker but the flash made it look brighter than usual ^^"
