MAC HAUL (ft. YSL)

It's been so long since I've done a blog post! Just not been into blogging these days, plus NOTD's started to bore me ^^"
However, I have an exciting MAC haul for you guys. Also including a YSL lip product!

Without further ado, let's get started ~

Purchased 6 cosmetic items in total while in Edinburgh, Glasgow + Livingston.

First up, MAC!

MAC Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Powder/Pressed
RRP - £17.50

A silky, colourless finishing powder suitable for all skin tones. Reduces shine while optically minimizing the look of lines and imperfections.

I used this product today + overall, I'm impressed with it. It does its job, gives you a flawless + natural looking face. Will definitely repurchase this when I run out ^^

Strobe Liquid (50ml)
RRP - £21.50

Blending soft focus diffusers with iridescent pigments, this ultra-fluid strobe formula produces soft radiant light on the skin, reducing the appearance of skin imperfections by providing a natural looking glow. Spreads on smoothly and absorbs quickly leaving the skin looking healthier and more radiant.

I am in love with this product! A product which I have been looking for ages. Something to give my face a dewy look without looking sweaty or shiny. I tend to mix my BB cream with this strobe liquid, then apply it onto my face. Definitely gives you a nice healthy looking glow, even after applying a finishing powder ^^
Another thing I like about this product is that there's a lock on the pump which is another nice little addition to this product ~

Pro Longwear Lipcreme (So Very Good)
RRP - £15.50

Lightweight texture, creamy finish and comfortable longwear combine in this has-it-all pro-class lip colour. Slick in use, applies without need of a top coat - and still lasts up to 12 hours. Won't feather of transfer, and the colour stays true. Helps lips stay soft and hydrated.

So Very Good is a mid-tone plum shade with hints of pearl in it to give a bit of shimmer. I don't usually go for shades this dark but I don't mind this shade at all! I'm not sure if it lasts 12 hours but it does last quite long.

Cremesheen Glass (Deelight)
RRP - £16.00

A lip finish that fuses the creamy, sheen-filled nature of Cremesheen Lipstick with the shine of M.A.C Lipglass. Soft, comfortable, non-sticky.

Deelight is a mid-tone neutral shade which is great for everyday where. It does feel comfortable after applying it as described in its description. Very happy with this product! ^^

Sheen Supreme Lipstick (Bare Again)
RRP - £13.50

Combining the colour impact of a Lipstick with the shine sheen of a Lipglass, Sheen Supreme creates the perfect hybrid - with no compromise. Lightweight, non-sticky, slick to apply and comfortable to wear.

Bare Again is a pinky neutral beige. It's a really nice neutral for everyday wear. I applied this with Deelight on top and I must say, they both go very well.

Finally, YSL!

Gloss Volupte (No.5 - Sugared Almond)
RRP - £20.50
Purchased at £10.50!

You guys are probably all wondering how I manged to purchase this YSL lip product for only £10.50. Well, theres a store in Livingston called the Luxury Beauty Store which is an outlet filled with luxury brands such as Biotherm, YSL, Dior etc for discounted prices!

I picked up the Gloss Volupte in Sugared Almond which is a nice beigey nude. When applied, it's very sheer but it gives your lips a nice shimmery look. I tried my best to take a photo of the swatch seeing as it was very sheer!

That's all from my cosmetics haul! If you guys want me to do a full review on any of these products, I'll gladly do one. Just post a comment below!

Gifts from America! *PIC HEAVY*

Items purchased by my friend from America!
Check out her blog:

I would like to thank my friend for purchasing these lovely items for me while on holiday in America! Really thank you ^^

First up, nail polishes! Received a HUGE amount of nail polishes from her ~

1. Sally Hansen

L-R: Twinkle twinkle, 812011, 812031 + 812029

The three mini polishes didn't have names so I thought mentioning the number code would help for those looking for them. If you guys know the names, please give me a comment below! Many thanks ^^

2. Wet n Wild

L-R: Kaleidoscope, Hallucinate + Sugar Coat

3. Random

Northern Lights Hologram Top Coat 'Silver'

Sinful Colours - Beverly Hills

Revlon - Tropical Temptation

As you can see, most of the nail polishes were glitter. That was because I requested for some glittery nail polishes seeing as I only had one in my nail polish collection. I'm glad my friend also put in a couple of non glitter polishes too ^^

Next up, makeup related products!

1. EOS Lipbalm

EOS Lipbalm - Strawberry Sorbet

L-R: Honeysuckle Honeydew + Strawberry Sorbet

Yay for EOS! Another EOS lipbalm to add to my collection. I only had one (honeysuckle honeydew) + I was worried about it running out so I stopped using it for a while. I'm glad my friend picked up an EOS lipbalm for me, also in a new flavour too!

2. ELF cosmetics

ELF Complexion Perfection

This is my first ELF product so I'm quite excited about using it. Complexion Perfection is supposed to create a balanced and radiant complexion, even out skin tone + absorb excess oil.
I hope this product works as I've heard mixed reviews about this product ^^

3. Milani Cosmetics

Milani - 29A Beloved

This is also one of my first products from Milani. I've never heard of this brand before but this lipstick looks quite nice.
It's a shimmery nude/pink which would be great for everyday wear, I've yet to try this out! ^^

4. Chocolates!

L-R: M&M's Pretzel, Milk Duds

I requested for some M&M's pretzels as you don't get this flavour in the UK. First thoughts? Tasty!
Milk Duds are chocolate with a chewy caramel filling inside. Also quite tasty ^^

Lot's of hugs for my friend! I absolutely love all these gifts ^^
Make sure to check out her blog, her link is posted above ~
If there are any products you'd like me to review, just post a comment down below ^^

HAUL: MISSHA Cosmetics *pic heavy!*

I ordered some Missha BB Cream on eBay couple of weeks ago + it finally came this morning! Missha was first introduced to me by a friend, Christina (check out her blog!). She recommended me buying the BB Boomer which I ended up buying in HK but I stupidly didn't buy any BB cream -_-

So here's the unboxing of my BB cream!

My product came with some freebies + a small letter too!

Such a nice eBay seller, will definitely be purchasing some more products from them in the future!

My BB Cream is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap ^^

Such cute packaging!

A little bow to secure the packaging together ^^

Finally unpackaged, Missha's Perfect Cover BB Cream!

BB Cream in No.21 (Light Beige)

This BB Cream is to lighten the skin tone, heal visible wrinkles + blemishes with excellent skin-cover ability + also to prevent skin aging through effective whitening + anti-wrinkle properties ^^

Has a pump nozzle which will be useful ~

The seller also kindly sent me a pack of Missha freebies containing four testers!

L-R: Missha Super Aqua Refreshing Cleansing Foam, Missha BB Boomer, Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream (No.23), Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream (No.21)

I originally thought that this contained a small tube of BB Cream but in actual fact, it only contains cotton pads -_-
Slightly let down but hey, I got freebies + the product I actually ordered! ^^

I'll do a review of this BB Cream soon.
I purchased the BB Cream from SpicyGoods, a Korean eBay seller with a lot of good reviews! Highly recommended for those wanting to buy Asian cosmetics + products.
SpicyGoods also sells many other brands including Skin Food, Etude House etc for a price cheaper than normal retail prices!
Highly recommended!
